Life is short. And it’s not guaranteed. I had big reminders of this in 2025.
And recently, workwise, I’ve been forced to make some changes which have given me the chance to reflect on what’s next.

As a midlife empty nester I knew I wanted to help and connect with other women going through the same chapter. I’ve made some mistakes, but also found lots of things that work that have made me feel so much better about moving forward.

It’s really challenging starting a small business as an introvert! But we grow by pushing through hard things and I am hoping midsummer mail club will help you feel connected and inspire you to age with intention, curiosity and joy!
