When are envelopes sent?
Envelopes are posted during the first week of the month, via Royal Mail. Once your envelope is posted, delivery times are beyond my control but these are Royal Mail guidelines:
UK 2-6 days
Europe 4-7 days
Outside Europe up to 2-4+ weeks. -
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, midsummer mail club is posted from the UK and can reach
the majority of countries.Remember to choose the right subscription based on your
geographical location so we can allocate the right stamp for the envelope's destination! -
When will I be charged?
You will be charged monthly on the same day of your initial sign up.
If needed, you can pause or cancel your subscription through your customer portal.
Any changes must be made before the cut off date of the 25th of the month.

How do I change my address?
You can change your address in the customer portal, just make sure any new address details are changed before the monthly cut off date of the 25th.

Can I gift a subscription?
Yes of course, just remember to fill out a different delivery address to your billing address when you checkout.
Snail mail subscriptions are a fantastic way to brighten someone's day, not just on their birthday but every month!

Not received your envelope?
There is no tracking service on snail mail envelopes to keep the costs down for you.
If you think your envelope might have gone astray please do get in touch after the above timescales have elapsed.
